Briiv

Using 90% natural and renewable materials, Briiv is a high performance smart air filter creating safe, clean homes through the power of plants.
Three Create (Briiv owners) discovered firmware update limitations with their initial implementation. In addition they were receiving high volumes of support requests by users failing to access their deices due to the complicated device set up process.


Faced with an expensive return to base recall programme to address their firmware upgrade problem, Three Create required a software integration solution. They were unable to resolve a solution with original development vender (deterioration of relationship) and were left with no means to adapt or modify their existing interface. They wanted to learn from past mistakes and work with a local supplier to find a suitable solution.
